So Lovely Events was created to do just that - celebrate the love of two people on their wedding day.

Starting initially as a wedding and event planning and coordination company, with the newer addition of an online décor rental services, So Lovely Events has been built on offering clients personalized, thoughtful and approachable services. We are committed to creating memorable and stress-free events and work closely with each client to understand their vision to ensure everything is executed to perfection.

With over 5 years of experience and numerous events managed as Lead Event Planners and Coordinators, Rosanna and Sabrina pride themselves in being a professional source of support and guidance. We combine thoughtfulness, careful attention to detail, and a warm and attentive personal service when helping clients manage their special events. APRIL 2022

“Rosanna is truly a lifesaver. After planning what felt like 300 weddings, she knew what I needed and when I needed it. She was honest when I asked her opinion and helped organize details I never even thought of (and I'm super detail oriented). My husband did not think we needed a month-of-coordinator, but because he heard me when I said it would take a lot off my plate, we hired her. After (and even during) our wedding day, he RAVED about her. If you are on the fence about hiring Rosanna or Sabrina for your wedding, do it. One of my friends who was at our wedding is getting married in August, and she hired her the following week after seeing all that she did for us at our wedding. On top of just being a rockstar at her job, she's hilarious and truly just a joy to be around. It was definitely a worthwhile investment. There are things that unless you've planned a wedding before, you just don't know about. Things that don't work out according to schedule. And having someone there to just make sure everything flowed and be the point person was EVERYTHING. If something went wrong on our wedding day, I can tell you honestly I didn't know a thing about it thanks to her. APRIL 2022

They are the epitome of "on the ball" wedding planners. We worked with them in the six weeks leading up to our wedding and they very much helped us get to the finish line of our planning. Whether it was helping us source vendors, joining us for site visits, creating our wedding day itinerary and just being on call to address our questions in the lead up to the big day, their organization and efficiency shone through. They are seasoned pros who offer sound advice and know exactly what questions to ask and details to look for, and I cannot stress how invaluable that is to anyone going through this process. Rosanna and Sabrina are absolutely amazing! They are incredibly kind, friendly and hardworking. We chose them to be our day of coordinators and are so happy we did. From the get-go Sabrina was on top of everything, keeping track of all our vendors and creating a detailed up-to-the-minute schedule. JUNE 2019

Book them, they are incredible wedding planners. We're so grateful we hired them. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went on without a hitch. They nailed our modern vintage aesthetic at The Chase restaurant, downtown Toronto and Stepped in at a time where I couldn't find a reasonably priced florist and we weren't getting anywhere with our wedding decor. They handled everything efficiently, with professionalism and grace. A pleasure to work with and there is no need to look any further. you found your wedding planner!

JUNE 2022

We are so blown away by the services provided by Sabrina. From our initial communication pre-pandemic, to finally being able to have our reception celebration this June - Sabrina has been nothing but accommodating, empathetic, organized, creative and just overall amazing to work with. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience leading up to our event, and on the day of - knowing that everything was being taken care of. AUGUST 2022

We are so incredibly thankful to have been recommended to Rosanna and Sabrina by a close friend. Hiring them as month-of-coordinators was truly one of the best decisions we made when planning our outdoor tent wedding. Rosanna is professional, insightful, helpful, and friendly. Her and Sabrina put so much thought and effort into helping coordinator our day. They were there even from before the start of the month helping us coordinate vendors, make decisions about set up and ceremony flow, planning seemingly little details that helped the overall flow of the day, and so much more. We both felt so relaxed on the day of our wedding and that had so much to do with knowing that Rosanna and Sabrina had things under control. I don't know that we could have pulled off our backyard tent wedding without Lovely in Lace Events & Co.

NOVEMBER 2020

I cannot say enough good things about Sabrina & Rosanna (Lovely In Lace Events)! I initially booked them in 2019 from a recommendation on a Facebook group. I was only looking for help on the day of (setting decor up) but after having an initial discussion with them, I decided to go with their month of coordination package to avoid any stress on my end (spoiler alert: best decision I’ve made). Throughout the time leading up to our wedding, & postponing twice due to COVID restrictions, they have been a key point of contact to help with other vendor recommendations, day of itinerary, floor plans, and any random questions I had. I also rented many items from them (card box, candles, vases, etc), which made my life 10x easier than sourcing it & bringing it to the venue myself. They made not only the month leading up to the wedding stress free, but the day of as well!

It was also really helpful to have them with us on our rehearsal! If you’re looking for event planners, I’d hands down recommend Lovely in Lace Events 10/10! (Almost enough to want to get married all over again, just to work with them again!) They had everything planned to a T & avoided any issues before they came up. They’re VERY organized, detail oriented, and put your needs first.

A friend of mine recommended Lovely in Lace and I will recommend them to every future bride in my life. Throughout the wedding planning process, Rosanna always quickly responded to my emails and offered great recommendations and suggestions. She was detailed and organized, and made me feel reassured that everything would be under control the day of the wedding – and it was. Rosanna worked her magic in the background and the day went incredibly smoothly. Sabrina and Rosanna are absolute rock stars! If you are thinking about hiring month/day of coordinators, these are the people to hire! Not only are they extremely professional, they are so easy to communicate with. They did not miss a single detail when it came to the wedding day. I postponed my wedding from December 2020 to December 2021 and they were so accommodating and supportive. I am the kind of person that worries about everything, and with Sabrina and Rosanna i didn't worry at all. They made sure everything was perfect, they kept us on time, finalized details with other vendors and didn't forget any of the little things i would have forgotten. At the last minute we had to pivot and find a new photo location and Sabrina was on it right away and helped me figure out where to go! I am so thankful for Sabrina and Rosanna and I would hire them a million times over.
