Explore our full rental selection online and hover over each item to learn more. Identify the items you are interested in renting and utilize the button on each product to confirm availability for your event date. You will be directed to our Decor Rentals form. Our items are rented for a 5-day window. You will also be able to adjust quantities or remove anything you aren't so sure about prior to your final payment. Adding additional rental items to your order at a later date is possible as well.
Once you've added everything you want to your order request and proceeded with submission. We will provide you with a confirmation email with a rental agreement noting particulars about initial and final payment instructions, self directed pickup and drop off options, and collection windows.
A credit card is required to confirm the booking. You can then securely make your payment and you're all set!
Pick up your items from our conveniently located office in the North York area on the arranged date during the collection window. Your items will be packed in our reusable containers for transport.
Items will be available for pickup based on the 5-day rental period selected by yourself. An early pickup fee will apply if requested. Delivery may be available at an extra cost on orders that are a minimum of $200. You can now style your items for your special event and enjoy.
Please return your items by the specified date to the pickup location. Include all packaging the items came with, so they don't get damaged. Cleaning of the items is not required. Return the items based on the 5-day rental period you originally selected at no extra charge. A late return fee may apply. Should there be any damages, non-returned items or lost packaging materials, you will be alerted and the credit card on file will be charged to cover these fees.
